CREEPY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Overview

A SPOOKY DESSERT IS A MUST FOR ANY HALLOWEEN PARTY

For the recipe you need:

Ingredients for 3-4 servings:

  • 150g of milk chocolate
  • 300ml of cream
  • 1 egg
  • 4 chocolate cookies, e.g., Oreo
  • 4 chocolate cookies as tombstones
  • Some powdered sugar
  • Black food coloring

Preparation:

1. Start by melting the chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until fluffy over the double boiler. Stir in the melted chocolate and let it cool slightly.

3. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into glasses and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

5. Place the chocolate cookies in a blender and finely crumble them. Sprinkle this over the chocolate mousse.

7. Insert one tombstone into each mousse and decorate everything with some spooky candies.

6. Mix powdered sugar with a small amount of water to create a thick icing, and use it to write on the "tombstones."
